<p>During these eight weeks of &#8220;physical distance&#8221;, we were able to share intense and sometimes unprecedented moments in the history of Agora with the entire team, our clients and our candidates.</p>



<p>For the most part, this period acted as a revelation of the strength and meaning of the collective, and this feels good!</p>



<p>We have learned a lot about commitment, conviviality and solidarity that are essential to the success of each individual.</p>



<p>Today, the economy must hold and we all have to ensure we produce value. Everyone can and must contribute.</p>

<p>&#8220;In this recruitment process for a Senior position carried out 100% remotely, the contacts and exchanges with the candidates and with the Agora firm were more frequent and with more &#8220;proximity&#8221; than in a more traditional process.
