Agora Search is a firm devoted to headhunting executives and managers created in 1979 by the Egor group, at that time the leading recruitment agency in France. It is one of the oldest players in the "headhunting" market in France.
In 1995,
Jean-Yves Bernard bought the firm and shortly after was joined by
Luce Nordon in 1998, who became a partner.
In 1999, creation of
Escot a firm devoted to newcomers and middle management.
2000, creation of
Agora HR Solutions, a company devoted to assessment and support.
2007 saw the launch of
Agora Search Managers, specialising in Transition management.
2009, creation of two new activities: delegation of consultants and advice for managers.
2010,
Karine Devies, present at Agora since 1996, becomes a partner.
Agora Search is a member of the international network NMC Nijsse International, present in more than 40 countries.
