Agora Executive Service aims to help managers find a new job. It provides another method of assisting them, in addition to their own networking efforts. This service is for managers exercising or having exercised important responsibilities: members of management committees or operations directors at high level, whether they are in a job or are seeking new employment.

Agora Executive Service is not an outplacement service but responds to the personal approach of a manager seeking a change or looking for employment, wanting a career assessment or how to prepare for further development.

Our action consists of two parts :

One consisting of an analysis of skills acquired, career objectives, possible changes, matching profile to the market.

The other consists of identifying the right target companies for the candidate and the launch of an active joint search for contacts.
